RETURNS AND REFUNDS

IndigenousArtizan aims to guarantee your full satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within 10 days from the date on which you received them from www.indiegenousartizan.com Please help us; as a unique brand sailing products, caring for indigenous communities and the environment, save us from any unnecessary carbon emissions by reducing the amount of returns made. If you have any uncertainties around your purchase, please don't hestiate to contact our customer care team who will be happy to help you. Return the item in its original condition: if the item you return does not match its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the refund and the item will be returned to you. If you return an item that is faulty, the shipping costs will be refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging with our swing tag attached. IndigenousArtizan does not take responsibility for damage that occurs during the return process; please ensure that the goods are well protected when returned to us. Please note that we do not accept returns of tea, earrings, swimwear or underwear for hygienic reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights. IndigenousArtizan is not able to accept responsibility for returns lost in transit and therefore we recommend all returns are sent by recorded delivery. It is advisable to obtain a proof of postage if using the Post Office and please email us a copy.
You must include in all returns a POP proof of purchase, ie a receipt ( a scanned copy of the receipt may be accepted at our discretion.)
Additionally a verified bank statement showing us the transaction may be considered as a POP in the event you have thrown away or lost the original receipt.
Bank statements used as POP’s may take us additional time (up to 14 days) to complete the refund.
If you have met all the conditions requested, IndigenousArtizan will refund you the price of the products purchased. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted due to failure to comply with the conditions set out above. In this case, you may choose to have the products returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, the IndigenousArtizan reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
All refunds will automatically be processed to the original payment method, you may request an alternative payment method to which you receive a refund!
IndigenousArtizan will aim to issue all refunds the sane day as the request is made.
Please be advised that the time it will take for the refund to appear in an account can vary depending on location’s, date and time of the refund request, banking procedures that are out of our control.
However will take extra efforts to ensure you are happy meaning that we guarantee that a refund will take a maximum time of 10 working days although in most cases it is estimated to take between 5 seconds and 4 working days.
